Join us at the Ingenium Academy in 2019 for a packed 4 weeks full of high-quality music making, world class tuition, fun and adventure.
The residential summer music school combines tuition of the highest standard with a unique cultural experience. Each summer we welcome students from more than 50 countries around the world, brought together by their passion for music.

Preparing an application to the Ingenium Academy might take you a few days - so don't leave it too late!
You'll need an audition video and a letter of recommendation from a teacher or counsellor, as well as your application form and deposit.
Follow the steps below to get the Earlybird Discount, and get ready for the summer of a lifetime at the Ingenium Academy...
Step 1: Choose your programme
The Ingenium Academy offers seven intensive music programmes: Chamber Music, Composition, Conducting, Orchestral, Piano, Saxophone and Vocal.
All our programmes offer an immersive schedule of rehearsals, performance, workshops and one-to-one tuition with some of the top musicians and educators in the UK, alongside fun activities where our young musicians can make long-lasting friendships that span continents.
Programmes range from one to four weeks long. Students may attend a single programme, or combine them to suit their interests - contact us to find out more.
Please note: the Earlybird Discount is valid on applications for bookings of three or four weeks, received before 31 December 2018.
Step 2: Prepare your audition
Applications to the Ingenium Academy include a video audition - this will take time to prepare, so don't leave your application too late!

Step 3: Get your Letter of Recommendation
As part of your application we also require a letter of recommendation from a teacher or school counsellor, to say that they approve of your application and confirm your audition video is a true representation of your playing.
Teachers are busy people, so don't leave it too late - remember to ask before the holidays begin...
Step 4: Submit your application form
Applying to the Ingenium Academy is really easy using our online application form. Once you've sent in your form, video, letter and deposit, we'll be in touch within a few days with the result.
Places sell out quickly, particularly certain instruments, so don't delay - apply before the Earlybird Deadline and avoid disappointment!
